Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. There is good Wi-Fi and Netflix etc. Shower bathroom. Tea and coffee, kettle, toaster also a microwave and fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates. Linen and towels included There is a balcony for alfresco eating and evening drinks in the sunshine. The Cabin is super cosy and has everything you need for a country stay.

Valley View is a cosy two bedroomed former barn set on a working equestrian livery yard on a family farm and owned by a renowned Cornish artist who works from the studio. Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. It is set in a secluded location behind the A39 but within a 10 min walk to Falmouth University where there is a bus service to all the main routes and a 20 minute walk into Penryn.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

Modern Chalet style accomodation with superb views across the nature reserve and reservoir. Individual property, self contained with fabulous private gardens. Modern shower room with large double shower. This property is very light, and roomy. Nearby walks around the Countryside and its just a 5 minute drive into the town of Falmouth where we have fantastic beaches, shops, restaurants and all year events. Not suitable for children/infants

Cosy rural self contained cottage, sleeps 2 or three with a portable fold up bed in the living room. Comprises of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and lounge in a beautiful village location. It's close to the picturesque Helford river, the Lizard Peninsula and the towns of Falmouth, Porthleven, Penryn, Mylor and Helston which all have gorgeous harbour views and beaches, amazing cafes/restaurants/pubs and an abundance of independent retailers.
