Holiday rentals with beach access in Mabini

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

The hosts still warmly accomodate us even though we checked in late. Properly explained the rules and tour us of the place. The place was very nice too! And very near to the wedding venue we attended. Thank you so much po! 🥺

Great stay and excellent value! The location is very close to the dive shop, which made things super convenient. There’s a simple stove where you can cook noodles — a great option when you’re tired of eating at the dive shop every day. The kettle didn’t work very well, but overall the place had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for divers!

Our family had a great time! The beach is awesome! not a lot of pics in the listing but we loved it! Pristine and clear water! we saw lot of fishes even just few steps away from the shore. Magic and his family are great hosts. They are super responsive, friendly and helpful as well as Kuya Edison. we felt welcomed during our stay. We really loved the place! it is well decorated and well maintained. Hotel quality bed, cold aircon, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the pool too! if it's not NYE, we'll definitely extend our stay.. Looking forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place!

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

We booked this place few hours before we reached Batangas and Rona was super nice and helpful! we got in Batangas a little earlier thank check in time and they were very accomodating 💗 Will surely book again!.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

we had a great time during our stay, the unit is a few walk to the beach, passing by the lagoon. there is no internet in the room, sa country club lang..mahina din signal ng mobile data kaya lakad ka na lang sa country club or shuttle free naman yung wifi..may coffee shop, and may resto..ok magluto sa unit but ok din if mag dine in sa resto worth naman yung price ng group meals.

We had a great stay in her place. The condo unit is clean and tidy. The unit is also near from the beach. The only problem is that some sockets are not working, but overall it was a nice stay and I will still recommend this place ☺️
