Inspired by this view and exuberant nature, we created every corner with the idea of integrating the internal environment with the external one, causing a feeling of being “under the sky”. You and your family will be close to everything when staying in this place. Great location facing the avenue. All air-conditioned, internet, 43" Smart TV, 2 Elevators, Balcony with Barbecue Grill, 2 Parking Spaces. Nearby there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlor, pastry shop and hotels. It has a beautiful view and is 300 meters from the beach.
