The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with microwave, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine, dryer - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.
