Architect-designed, light-filled, huge garden

Perfect for families with pets or a beach getaway with friends, this stylish architect-designed house is full of light and surrounded by lush native greenery. As soon as you walk into the space you will be blown away by the light, with floor to ceiling glass. The whole living area wall opens onto an expansive deck with retractable roof - just sit back and enjoy the birdlife. The beach is just a short stroll down the hill through the bush and Bouddi National Park is just around the corner.

Three minutes drive to Terrigal Beach which has great restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, bars and live music. A fifteen minute walk along the lakeside to North Avoca beach and from there you can stroll south along the beach to Avoca where there are restaurants, cafes, an old school cinema and great hiking tracks
