The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

The sound of the sea is ever present in this spectacular cliff-side location, where endless views of Pico Island and the blue Atlantic soothe the senses. Enjoy early morning swims at the beach below, relax over leisurely breakfasts on the terrace and dine outside watching the stars. Horta, with restaurants, shops & activities, is just a 5 minute drive away. Well equipped & tastefully appointed, this cottage is truly unique.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Located in the valley of Almoxarife. 5 min walk to the most beautiful black sand beach of the island and 10 mins to the famous Horta marina and landmark downtown by car. Completely renovated, the house offers all modern comforts. All rooms have sea views. The villa "Quinta dos Maracujas" is a located on a vast orchard, where, depending on the season, you will be able to enjoy the exotic fruits. Bars and restaurants at the bottom of the street.

Almoxarife Beach - Casa da Parteira "a moagem"

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Grandfather Francisco's House

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.

Ocean view in UNESCO Heritage Site

Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.

Casinha Pim - Front of Beach/city house

A small house in front of Porto Pim beach, with an incredible view and well-equipped. A 5-minute walk to the city center It has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking near the house and space to store your bicycles inside the house. It is located in an old fishing district facing the bay and beach of Porto Pim and the São Sebastião Fort, very pleasant, traditional and very, very quiet.

You couldn't be closer to the water's edge in our self-catering suite at the head of a slipway and old historic port, with amazing views,from sunrise to sunset.
