Holiday rentals with beach access in Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica

The apartment is very cozy, very nice and you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is great! The hosts and cohosts were very helpful and friendly, the building staff too, we are very grateful for their attention. Very quick responses since we booked and until check-out, I definitely recommend it. Everything has been amazing. Also there are self services nearby, you get to the center by walking, the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe all the time. The condominium is also very well cared for and the pool is very rich and with a good sun entrance and a very nice view. If I go back to Natales I will stay with them again. Thank you guys!

We stayed 2 nights and the place was as described. Simple but all we needed in Punta Arénas. Loreto was responsive and helped us when we needed, we do recommend the place!

Julio has very nice apartments, they have everything you need for a pleasant and quiet stay. It also has private parking, it gives a great plus to the place. we will definitely be back

Hernan was very helpful at all times, although we did not meet personally, he was always attentive to our inquiries. It especially helped us get ibuprofen at that time of the night. That was priceless. For those traveling with small children in front of the house there is a playground. We will be back at our next stay at the Porvenir.

We had an amazing stay at Ale's home in Puerto Natales! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Ale was an incredibly hospitable host, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations for the area. The location was fantastic, and the home itself was cozy, well-equipped, and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here again and can’t wait to return!
