Cabin holiday rentals in Maghreb

We stayed for eight weeks over winter. The photos had accurately depicted the bungalow but hadn't expressed it's homely feel once inside. This was a home not a ' holiday let'. The owner had even put up a Christmas tree because we arrived on Dec 22nd. It was comfortable and well insulated for winter evenings. For warmer nights though the garden will be beautiful. There is plenty of outside seating and lovely garden lightening. The kitchen was well equipped and it would be possible to cook any style of cooking. There was always hot water from roof panels and the shower was modern and efficient. Perhaps, as with any home appliances, one or two may need replacing later this year but everything required was there. This property is in the countryside. The neighbouring properties have guard dogs which unfortunately do bark at the wild animals. We live in the countryside but this noise took us a while to get used to. A car is essential but the property is surrounded by beautiful country walks.

Great, quiet apartment with beautiful views. Everything was impeccable and carefully prepare to welcome us. Everything is well thought out, decorate well. Adorable hosts will come back to us here with great pleasure.

It's quite difficult to write a review about the Airbnb when you could write a whole book about your host Helen. We would like to thank you deeply for your great hospitality. We are still blessed by your unique personality. We haven't met such a warm, helpful and just lovely person as Airbnb host before. So you can be sure that Helen will welcome you and help you for any any need you will have during the stay. Hannah and I just want to say thank you again. With regards to the Airbnb itself, we can recommend it strongly to everyone who is looking for a calm and private place with cozy interior surrounded by olive trees and mountains. The nature and the energy of this place is definitely unique. The Airbnb is equipped with anything you need and spending time in the hot whirlpool and watching the clear night sky is just outstanding. Thank you Helen and give your lovely cat Bella a huge hug of us. We are already missing both you.

The place is ideal. It is in a secluded area but it is a private enclosure that creates a unique space. You can be totally isolated and relaxed near downtown. The pristine cabin and comfortable and clean common areas. The staff was lovely. I highly recommend it

Could not have asked for better hosts than Marcos and Karin. I was unwell after travelling and they went above and beyond to look after us and give us everything we needed - helping us feel safe and supported. The cabin was immaculately clean and absolutely stunning. You can tell Marcos and Karin put so much love and thought into it. We loved having such a cosy and homely base to return to every evening. Squeezing fresh oranges from the trees for breakfast juice was our daily highlight! Personal jacuzzi under the stars gazing out at the dark mountains was the most amazing way to relax. A hire car is needed for freedom to explore. It’s a 30 min drive to Maspalomas beach or you can venture up the nearby mountainous roads for beauty spots and hiking areas. The local town is picturesque with amazing local food - try Restaurante El Albaricoque! Thank you so much again to our amazing friendly hosts, we can’t wait to return already.

We had a lovely time at Domenico's. We received helpful information in advance on how to get to the property. This made it very straightforward to ride up well with our Fiat Panda. Self check-in worked smoothly. Once at the top, we were able to enjoy a great view over the city and the green surroundings. The accommodation is very quiet, a little above and away from the hustle and bustle. It is simply and stylishly decorated in a vintage style. The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need for two. Fruit, water, yogurt, and cookies were ready. That was a nice touch. Three dogs live on the premises. They were very quiet, friendly and didn't bark. Overall a pleasant atmosphere. Domenico was easily accessible, responded quickly and gave helpful tips. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking, especially Monte Cammarata is highly recommended. Thank you for the stay!

Absolutely breathtaking surroundings, gorgeous little chalet with views that were very hard to leave. If this place doesn't move your soul, maybe you don't have one. Will definitely return. Jane was the perfect hostess, helpful when needed, left us in peace the rest of the time

The super cozy place. Very quiet. Idyllic place to disconnect and make hiking plans. Spectacular views. And Thais always pending and super friendly.

What a peaceful place! Our cabin had amazing views over the olive groves and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset. We ate in the restaurant one night, a set menu for 40 euro pp - was lots of food and Cristofero kindly accommodated my requirements. Cabin was modern and tidy and even had a coffee machine! Would highly recommend but note you do need to drive to get anywhere here.

Casa Jean with Andrea and Jens is an enchanting wooden cottage, very well furnished and with fantastic views of the sea and in front of a banana plantation. Thanks to the remote location, we were able to escape the somewhat hectic surroundings, e.g. from Funchal, very well and enjoy the peace and quiet in front of and in the cottage. At the same time, you can reach the various orders of the island in a short time by car, with very different hikes and experiences. The hosts Andrea and Jens gave us good tips and welcomed us very nicely with little touches. We highly recommend this gem and will be very happy to come back! All the best, Beate and Richard

Great little wooden house where you feel right at home. Terrace with beautiful view and very quiet. Aminda really thought of so many little touches that really made the stay a friend. Even a small heater for clammy nights, which is really not common. The toilet and shower are outside, the water is super warm! It took some time for us to find the place. Small tip, just go to Plaza Mejor and then it's 20 meters down right. Thank you for a lovely stay in such a loving unusual place to stay.

We loved the stay. Very peaceful, Pinta (a dog) is adorable and Felipe is a great host. Very kind, he recommended places and offered us products from the garden. Highly recommended.

Very good experience with the couple Hans and Sunamita. We were my friends, my little dog and I and they welcomed us very well. Very attentive to everything and above all very attentive to messages, they responded instantly. We were provided with all the information we needed as well as more sheets and also a hairdryer. As for the cabin it is very clean and above all very quiet in the middle of nature. If you need to go to a quiet place to relax, don't hesitate :) On the other hand, we also had access to the pool that is 50meters away from the cabin. In short, I would repeat without fail. Many thanks to you both for your kindness and your constant smile and see you soon!

Our stay was just fabulous. In the middle of the desert you find this green little oasis. I wished we could have stayed longer. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, it really feels like you stay in a quiet jungle.

We immediately felt very comfortable with Raquel. The location is perfect for all the getaways around Teide National Park. The atmosphere of the apartment is cozy and original. We were happy to use the tips on hikes and restaurants from Raquel's small guidebook. If you're looking for peace and quiet away from tourism, this is the place to be!

Stunning location, quiet and peaceful with an incredible view.

we spent there the first 6 days of September, Jose's accommodation, was just as he described it, very small but comfortable, we rested very well, and we were able to visit the whole area (always by car)without moving too much. The house was more than clean and the smell of towels and bedding was more than nice. It is a perfect place for beach tourism or good weather, since inside the house you can do little, have lunch or dinner at the accommodation is impossible and although it has a good porch where to do it, it does not stop being outdoors. The small pool, and the scrubber worked at full capacity but accumulated dirt in the background. Jose and his daughter were aware of any need, but it was not necessary to disturb them because the house complied with the promised. We may very well come back to this place on similar dates

Lovely stay in Nieves cabin 😊 It had everything we needed and she even made us some beautiful soup on the first night which was very appreciated after a long drive!
