Spacious apartment with good lighting, very cool, surrounded by nature. Very quiet. 10 minutes from downtown. Close to the highway. Easy access to beaches, to the countryside via Carr 10 for the more adventurous, where there are museums, a coffee plantation and excellent restaurants
