Sandip is an amazing host and the place is a superb getaway. Easy to find, all amenities listed. A beautiful lawn for playing short cricket or badminton and for barbequing at night The caretaker was very helpful and responsive and took care of the fooding completely - you just need to tell him in advance what to make and he'd do the rest. Food quality was excellent. One can walk 3 minutes and reach the river. Overall, it was worth it and I hope more and more folks visit this property.

A clean and peaceful bungalow with an amazing private pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is just amazing. I honestly did not except this when I booked the place. There is an entire house to yourself with a huge living/dining area, 2 air conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, and a roof. There is parking space. There is a backyard and a small lawn in the front. Amenities were great. The owner was amazing and was available 24x7 on call to assist us in any way. The experience was absolutely great. A trip to remember for sure.

this place is near by to kudghat metro there are so many shops and every things are near by .room kitchen and washroom was spacious. very clean .aunty were too polite and friendly highly recommend

the place is really nice, pool is clean. bedrooms are big, can accomodate 3 people easily in one room.. feedback to host: the kitchen could be more clean, the freezer mainly. also they should have some basic items like soap,shampoo, toothpaste in the bathrooms. coming to food if u planning to stay for a day its better to get food packed from the city and have it like us. the local food places are not good.. the parking is a 5 mins walk from the house so keep that it mind while carrying stuff. pool access is till 8pm.. the river is 5 mins walk and has e lovely view. check out the pics.

We wanted a restful getaway close to the city, and this place was a great choice. Pradipta was easy to coordinate with, and always prompt to reply. The place is suitable for 6 adults (we had 2 kids and 2 dogs so we were a little cramped) and one can enjoy sitting outdoors in the evening. On our request Pradipta arranged a cook, Sumitra, who was very pleasant and rustled up delicious Bengali food. Shankar, the caretaker, was very helpful and looked after us well. What was delightful was that we had nice neighbours who came over to socialise. Overall we had a great weekend at Pradipta's place.

place was really good..from photos it might look a little offbeat but it's actually good from in person. thought AC wasn't there but the place remains cool ( surrounded by trees and plants + Ground floor) so it's not much problem. Mr souvik is really helpful and responsive.. Place is peaceful and silent no disturbance... you feel full independence and privacy Onlines orders are good to go within 15-20 mins food gets delivered to the location . I and my Partner loved the place.
