Kick back and relax in our modern, stylish home. Set in a peaceful village location with stunning views of the countryside from the property. Our house is great for walkers, cyclists and for those visiting the beautiful surrounding villages and places of interest. There are also various public houses, all within walking distance or a short drive away. We are very close to Kelmarsh Hall, Brampton Valley Way, Pitsford Reservoir and the lovely town of Market Harborough. Good links to A14, M1, M6.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

The West Wing 1616 in Northants

Stay in a fully self-contained wing of our beautiful historic Grade 2 listed family home dating back to 1616 and mentioned in Pevsner’s Guide. Arranged over 2 floors and with a separate entrance, you have your own kitchen and living room with space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms in a quiet Northamptonshire village. There is private parking and we are perfectly positioned with excellent transport links via the A14, M1 and M6 for you to head out to enjoy the lovely countryside around us.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue.
