The building has electricity power inverter backup so there is no fear of blackouts if there is a cut off in main power (some lights and fans will still work). Early check inn or late checkout can be allowed depending on availability.

Our internet works great, the interiors are beautiful and the people very nice. We are just 400m to the beach, perfect for twice-daily walks. We have a great balcony with beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen and a shared 25m campus's pool (₹100/person/day).
