Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

Let me start off by saying that I have been swayed. Although we were two couples with 3 naughty kids, still this gem kept me in a blissful and serene state, albeit being in a popular place filled with lively cafés and bars. The peace, calm, beauty, and nature at Casa Maya charmed me every time I stepped in. The hosts are very knowledgeable and always eager to help (especially Rohit), the caretaker and cook took care of us like they know us from past life. I wouldn't be out of my mind to blatantly say that if I dont get a reservation here in the future, I will change my dates.

First of all, my apologies for the delay in sharing my review, but I really didn't want to write in a rush. My trip was a last-minute one, which is obvious when it's Goa. Though I am a regular visitor, the southern part was untouched, and I needed a place near the beach but not on it, that is peaceful, safe, clean, and gives you a getaway feeling. Believe me, I only chose this house after reading the host reviews, and besides the property being an amazing choice that checks all your laid-back vacation items, Onkar was the most humble BNB host I have experienced so far. I felt like I went to a friend's place, and that's how you care. Thanks, Onkar, for being yourself; it matters a lot for the experience. I would like to visit and stay again during the monsoons; it will be beautiful, I am sure. And I hope you liked us as guests, as it goes both ways. Glad to find a stay to recommend and visit again. Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We went with kids including infants and wanted a home away from home. And Radha’s place was it. Villa was clean and kitchen stocked. Every item was accessible at the right place. With instructions printed and pasted for electronic devices. Caretaker lochan deserves special mention, he was responsive. At check in he made sure AC was on, so we went into a cool home. And also helped throughout the stay. Pool is clean and beach is walking distance. If you want a quiet place this it. Their adjacent resort has a restaurant and playground for kids. Only itch is that it’s a bit away from grocery stores/restaurants etc. so make sure you have a handy bike/car.

Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!

This place was perfect for us to chill near Benaulim beach and also to do our remote work. The location is great, a walking distance from the beach and if you have a scooter you can get to the center in no time. Many good restaurants, beach bars, and massage clinics nearby. The internet is quite fast and reliable most of the time, which was a necessity for us. The location is private since the apartment is in a big resort. it's definitely very calm and you can sleep well here. We wish we could stay longer here. If we come back to Benaulim, we'll consider this place for a longer time for sure.

My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.
