The place has a very convenient location. Within walking distance is BATUMI CENTRAL Railway Station, transport and taxi stops ( both in the direction of the city center and Green Cape, Botanical Garden ), the sea and the beach. Many shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pastry shops nearby, a small vegetable and fruit market right from the villages. Golden Fish Restaurant, Bela Costa Restaurant, Beach Cafe ( very tasty and inexpensive) In the courtyard of the house there is a children's playground and free parking !!!
