Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Malacca

Spacious for 6 of us. Everyone get their own room 😀. Comfortable and feels like home

Very satisfied with this homestay. Surrounded by available facilities. Clean and as in the picture. First time I've come across a homestay that provides swimsuits of various sizes. Snacks are provided, just pay for them. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay.

This was a GREAT place to stay. Beautiful — what a renovation! Location could not be better; right inside the old city but not on one of the busy market or backpacker streets, so it was quiet at night. Totally walkable, close to tons of things, secure, and comfortable. Great beds, great AC and fans, great bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place! Short distance from Jonker Street and many eateries nearby! House was well-fitted with various entertainment which we really enjoyed!

Overall a very pleasant stay. The house is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Everything is very new and there are plenty of places to sleep. A few nitpicks: 1. The lockbox that contains key to the apartment is in an awkward position and it is hard to reach. The unlock mechanism is also not very responsive and requires a few tries to unlock. 2. The water pressure in the ground floor bathroom can be stronger. The combined shampoo / body wash quality can be better or at least have separate shampoo and body wash. 3. The internet connection feels relatively slow at some areas in the house. It is fast in most areas but quite slow and not stabil some areas (like the ground floor bedroom). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Spacious, comfortable to accommodate large group of friends/ family and responsive property host

Had a nice stay in Malacca. Joey was very accommodating and helpful. The fridge in the property to begin with was small for the period of time that we decided to stay but we asked her if she could get a larger fridge and she agreed which helped us a lot. The appartment was nice with nice views and a pool to use, as well as a gym. It’s worth noting that you can’t use the gym if you’re staying at the property for less than a month though, as well as the mall in the Element X building is closed down due the effect that Covid had on the economy. Another thing to note is that the pool isn’t open between 11 and 2pm daily, which seems puzzling as it’s the best time of the day to use the pool and it doesn’t get much sun after 2 o’clock. The pool is a great additionOverall though Joey was accommodating and the staff at the residences are very warm and welcoming. Malacca is a sleepy town but it’s ideal if you want some downtime and you like to hang around in the pool and enjoy some self care
