Holiday rentals with beach access in Malacca River

We had a great stay at Fuga Village! Lovely little garden house, very clean and pretty. Just as the garden itself: well maintained and very nice to have a shaded dipping pool, especially with our little 11 month old. The only thing this little one did not like, was the cold shower. His parents - on the other hand - loved the open air cool shower ♡ Peter was a great host to us, very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay

I recently stayed at Twynstar Mutiara for two nights in a two-bedroom unit, and it was an incredible experience. The rooms were spacious, with luxurious king-size beds that made for a comfortable night's sleep. Waking up to a stunning sea view was a highlight, and the powerful air conditioning kept the space cool and refreshing. The facilities were well thought out—having a water cooler was a nice touch, making it easy to stay hydrated. The towels provided were thick and clean, adding to the overall comfort. The toilets were spotless upon arrival, which was much appreciated. The living room had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it perfect for unwinding and brought back memories of relaxation and chill. To top it all off, the sunset view from the unit was breathtaking, as it faces west—an unforgettable way to end the day. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

The place was very spacious, we had a great stay. It was a great experience staying there as the beach is just across the condo with many restaurants nearby. We will definitely come again!

This was my first time staying at Mutiara Melaka Beach Resort Condominium, and I must say, the experience was truly wonderful. The location is superb—right across from Pantai Puteri, with easy access to food stalls and plenty of beachside activities. I chose to stay at Sea La Vie Homestay, and it was absolutely astonishing. I fell in love with the tasteful décor and thoughtful setup. The unit was incredibly neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall ambience of the home was refreshing and calming. One of the highlights for me was the stunning sea view from the homestay. I truly enjoyed the sound of the waves and the cool sea breeze—it was the perfect escape from the pressures of work. I travelled with my parents, my husband, and our boys. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for another relaxing getaway at Sea La Vie. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beachside retreat!

Pros: Lovely, responsive host. Answered all of my questions and gave food recommendations. Allowed us to have early check in with a minimal small fee, which we really appreciate. There's hot/cold water dispenser, washing machine, fresh linens, clean and spacious house. Good facilities, swimming pool with 2 slides, so kids enjoy. Quiet, yet safe with security patrolling now and then. I really liked that there's 2 bedrooms, so the whole family can stay together. Beautiful seaview too! Cons: Located across a major highway/main road. It was a challenge to cross it with 2 elderly, 1 kid and 1 pregnant woman. We just took grab across to Mahkota Parade every time. If order grab food, you will have to walk out to security post to collect as delivery rider unable to enter the property. All those, no fault of host.
