Located in a quiet aria of Ranca, on Transalpina, 200 m from ski slope with chairlift Papusa, this luxury villa provides large spaces to spend time together and free private parking. There is a dining area and a kitchen. A big flat-screen TV is offered in a large living-room . Other facilities include a barbecue and a close terrace for smoking. Note : We have now 7 en suites bedrooms. We have capacity of 14 adult and 6 children, total 20 people. For New Year minim reservation is for 4 days.

Pensiunea & Restaurant Casa Lacului oferă liniște și priveliște spectaculoasă la lac și munte, fiind singura pensiune din zonă cu acces propriu la lac (calea de acces este în curs de amenajare). Locația este ideală pentru închiriere integrală, team building-uri, reuniuni de familie sau sejururi private. Camerele sunt confortabile, iar restaurantul propriu, deschis zilnic 08:00–21:00, oferă mese contra cost. Consumul din exterior nu este permis.
