Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. There is room for up to 9 people, about room for children, study, living room. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and on the lower floor, there is a laundry/toilet/shower room. All rooms have double beds. Vällingby Centrum with lots of shops is 1 km away. Vällingby Centrum also has a subway station that goes directly to Stockholm Central. Only booked guests can stay in the property such as Party not allowed

Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Floor 1 has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 have 90 cm bed, bedroom 3 has pull out cot. Floor 2 has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has 180 cm bed and bedroom 2 has 140 cm. The workplace is located in the bedroom. Sofa and TV on both floors. The house has toys. It does not include bed sheets/towels.

Completely renovated part of a townhouse of 38 sqm with patio of about 80 sqm for rent. The patio is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. If you want to barbecue, there is a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are welcome to come along and a fence is on the patio so dogs can be loose on the property. Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to do laundry.
