Sustainability is key to our way of life. We grow vegetables and keep chickens for their eggs. We burn locally grown wood and our water is heated by the sun. Our water supply is from a spring and reputed to be blessed by St Columba. Our electricity is generated by a renewables sources and distributed by Eigg Electric. There are stunning views in all directions - over the Atlantic to the Isle of Rum, behind to dramatic basalt cliffs plus scenic beaches and waterfalls situated close by.

Norskye Bothy is a Scandi-Scot inspired hideaway in the heart of the Isle of Skye. Our architecturally designed eco cabin sleeps up to two people, with uninterrupted hill and loch views. The cabin features an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with a separate king size bedroom and shower room. We are centrally located, only 5 miles from Portree. Roe deer, sea eagles and buzzards are a common sight too. Enjoy beautiful views over to the Island of Raasay from both the bedroom and living area.

Falasgair is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

The Bothan
