The property features two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for complete privacy. Additionally, there's a sofa bed and a separate washroom on the first floor. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing, and the beach is just a short walk away, where you'll have access to your own beach chair and umbrella. We highly recommend staying at Daniel's villa for your next vacation.

Loved it very much! Dan was always there to help with things that we could not fit into our car (like a baby stroller) or with recommendations on where we could go next for an evening walk or to spend some quality family time. Will definitely re-visit!

Personal foarte primitor, situare ideala la 3 min de plaja, piscina, biciclete si trotinete de imprumutat. Locatie foarte buna pt familii cu copii, departe de zgomot si agitatie. 7 min cu masina de Mamaia si faleza. Recomand!

Truly enjoy the stay at Catalin's place - very spacious, all amenities, bathroom in every room, large yard, very close to the beach and other attractions. The stay was flawless. I would certainly return next year.

La casa muy limpia, todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable y cómoda. El servicio de limpieza súper atento y disponible. Fuimos para el sunwaves y tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos para relajarnos y descansar entre los días bailando. La piscina es un verdadero plus. Además Caprita tiene contactos para coche hasta el aeropuerto muy comodo! Recomiendo 100% y definitivamente volveré a alquilar esta vila maravaillosa!
