Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Within 8 minutes you can be in luquillo beach near many authentic Puerto Rican food kiosks. Approximately 35 minutes to ferries that go to Culebra and Vieques, and 30 min from San Juan ✈️

Enjoy a unique stay in the humble barrio of Fortuna, a hillside community of mostly local Puerto Ricans (Luquillenses) who enjoy living simply, growing platanos, raising chickens, riding horses, walking to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and lovely views of the nearby beach and El Yunque. We have a cozy and functional apt that guests can use to retreat, lay back and/or use as a jumping off point to enjoy the nearby sites. The apt is simple, clean, comfortable, and does not have AC or hot water.

It has a very centralized location. It is only 15 minutes from "El Yunke" Park where, in addition to appreciating the forests, you can enjoy the beautiful rivers and waterfalls. It is 8 minutes from the Luquillo Spa and the famous kiosks. The house is accessible to various recreational activities such as paddle boarding, kayaks, and jet skiing. The town of Fajardo is less than 25 minutes, there you can visit the famous islands of Icaco and Palomino, the seven seas beach, and croaba!!!
