Located on the northwest rim of an extinct volcano in the Apoyo Lagoon Natural Reserve, the view is...spectacular! Ubicada en una zona residencial fuera de la ciudad de Managua sobre carretera nueva a León. Un lugar seguro para descansar que cuenta con los servicios básicos para toda su familia, sobre todo si tiene niños. La casa además cuenta con un porche amoblado para disfrutar de la tarde o la noche. El residencial cuenta con Supermercados cerca, super express donde puede realizar pagos y depósitos. If you are looking for a centralized and tranquil location for your Nicaraguan experience you have found your spot. We are located very close to Managua but without the chaos and heat of the capital. Recently remodeled the exterior of the apartments to allow a more tranquil living area with views of a new garden. Bosque House in Managua

Three private bedrooms in a large house near the center of Managua. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with private security only 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the historic areas of the capital. The main room has a private bathroom, the other two (A and B) share one bathroom. There is a cat in the house and his name is Gustavo. He's very easy to get along with. Easy access in public transportation and taxis.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
