Villa holiday rentals in Manavgat

Gokhan place was nice, but I think it was smaller than what has shown in photos, I mean the photos taken to show property larger and more spacious ! Gokhan team and company were respectful and responsible, available to communicate. they tried their best to resolve problems during our stay. the house was cleaned, well furnished and check-in process was easy.

Nice house in a small town close to the beach. AC worked great and the pool was lots of fun during the day.

We had a great week. Host was so friendly, really responsive, went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Apartment was clean, exactly as photos. Safe neighbourhood, lovely pool. 20 mins walk to beach, 2 mins to supermarket, 5 mins to good restaurants, Side old town 35 min walk or you can get a taxi to save your legs but we just walked.

Great house for family, toilet with shower on each floor. We rented a car, without it is a little far from the beach or shop, especially in the heat. The closest public beach is really nice, well maintained. The question of whether the pool is cleaned with chlorine remains open. The dishwasher doesn't work. Mula sings 5-6 times a day, and the mosque is very close. So be prepared for a loud singing at 3, 4 or 5 in the morning.

Mustafa and Radim were both very helpful and friendly. From the moment I first messaged them they answered all my questions and were really nice. My friends and I loved the villa. It looked exactly like the photos and the place was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the villa felt great to stay in. Definitely recommend!

it was a great location and condition

We were completely satisfied. Great furnishings, very clean, great outdoor facilities, (garden, pool, barbecue area,...) room large and beautifully decorated. Big thank you to Şevkı, who is always there when you need him for any occasion. Super service. Overall a wonderful place to stay, not overcrowded, less of a hotel atmosphere, you feel more comfortable here than in a hotel. All around many opportunities for shopping, restaurants, breakfast. There is a service that takes you to the beach and picks you up again.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. It's a full-fledged house with every amenity you could possibly need. The space is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The living area was cozy yet expansive, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the outdoor area was a fantastic bonus, offering a great space to enjoy some fresh air. Overall, this Airbnb felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay near land of legends.

We feel so happy we chose Mustafa's villa! Mustafa is a truly amazing host. He reaponds instantly to all questions and requests, and really goes out of his way to make you feel like family. He lives far away, but was able to meet us in person, and made sure we had someone on site to help us during our stay. The place itself is a jewel! The house looks better and is much bigger than I expected from the pictures. It is located in a gated complex with two large swimming pools, a restaurant, a convenience store, tennis and volleyball fields, shaded parking sites, and 24-hour security. The village is drowned in greenery and flowers. They even have their own small private beach, which you access by taking a cute shuttle boat that leaves every hour - it takes 5 minutes. Almost all residents of the complex are local. Some parts of the house are quite old and could use a bit of love (e.g. cabinet doors, light fixtures), but it wasn't an issue for us: all important stuff works perfectly fine.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay in Manavgat, hosted by the wonderful Muzaffer. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family trip. Muzaffer was a kind and caring host, always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The area was peaceful and calm, offering a great environment to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Manavgat. The home was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and pleasant from start to finish. If we ever return to this region, we would definitely stay here again. Great place very clean and spacious

We were a group of 7 looking for somewhere to stay for less than 24 hours between checking out of our hotel and the flight home. I wish we had had time to stay longer at this lovely villa. Gokhan was extremely receptive and communicated well with us to ensure that we were able to maximise the limited time available to us. He arranged an early check-in and met us at the villa to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa was as described and the facilities included everything we needed. Gokhan made a potentially tedious day without any facilities feel like a proper final day of our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending Gokhan and any of his properties to potential travellers to this part of Turkey.
