Relax and enjoy this peaceful lodge for up to 9 people. Surrounded by many modern ski areas and wonderful slopes of Ski Amadé (760 km slopes with 1 pass) within 10 minutes drive. This is a hiking paradise full of sport opportunities. The Planai Bikepark in Schladming supports all levels and types of cycling activities. The World Heritage town of Hallstatt is behind the mountain (1 hour drive) and the Dachstein glacier is at the end of the yard with hiking, climbing and via ferrata options.

"Away from mass tourism, towards the highest quality and comfort" was the motto for the renovation of the apartments at our farm from Reiter. Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. The Summer Card is included with every booking!

The bedroom has comfortable beds . 10 minutes to the city center, grocery store, indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Cars can park on the property. Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Hiking trail directly accessible. Member of the Filzmoos Summer Card. Free ride on the hiking bus, free ride on the Almi Shuttle, free swimming fun in the Filzmoos leisure park and much more...... Cozy seating in front of the apartment with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

So close to NATURE

Entspannen in der ruhigen Umgebung, Sterne schauen, oder sportlich aktiv sein. Wie du es willst. Du kannst den großen Garten nutzen. Das Haus liegt an einem Skiberg und an der Langlauf Loipe. Wanderwege führen direkt vorm Haus weg. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß, erreichst du ein Sportgeschäft, die Bushaltestelle, den Badesee. Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. Oder du holst dir die Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus aus.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Ski in, ski out You can't get any closer to the slopes! Winter vacation in the Schladming Dachstein Tauern region Optimal skiing pleasure without the use of a car through the unique location directly on the slopes – Reiteralm. The gateway to the 4-mountain ski resort - Reiteralm, Hochwurzen Planai and Hauser Kaibling Only 100 m separate you from the Reiteralm valley station of the SilverJet. – Out of the house – up on the boards and off to the ski fun!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

The Gruberhof, originally preserved from the 15th century, offers a cozy and casual atmosphere that invites you to feel at home among like-minded people. Whatever brings you to Ramsau, the Gruberhof is the perfect base for it.

DaHome-Appartements

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

Our loft is located in the town center and is ideal for your cross-country skiing or hiking vacation. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.
