Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Manhattan

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

Jessica is a wonderful host, and anyone booking with her will not be disappointed!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

We loved our stay in this eclectic, intentionally curated home. There was a different bed firmness in each room so there’s something for everyone. Water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was to die for. I imagine staying in this home in the warmer weather would be amazing because of all the opportunities to spend time on a patio or balcony. There’s an epically filled basket of spices, oil and any other basic cooking needs in the kitchen. Thanks Gregory!

I had a great stay. It felt like home right away. The kitchen was stocked for those that like to cook and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Eugene’s place! We came for a birthday dinner and it was very close to where we needed to be and had everything we needed. He was super nice and even let us check out at noon because I had a couple of meetings in the morning. Small note. Although Airbnb says pet friendly, we saw a sign on our way out stating that we pets are not allowed unless authorized. So if you have a pet, maybe just clarify with hi before hand (we ended up not doing that though).

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

I have been an ACTIVE airbnb guest now for several years. I have found that communication between myself and the host or property manager is of extreme importance for a comfortable and pleasant stay . Haithum Gets “5 Stars” plus for his communication skills. Always responsive in a timely manner. Besides that, the Layout of his place was roomy and comfortable for the three of us visiting . Highly recommend staying at his place.!!!

Great location and stay

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

One of the very best places I’ve stayed in my many stays as a traveling teacher. Fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, private outdoor patio, a real studio apartment—I stayed for six weeks, and it felt like a home. I stayed alone but the space and comfortable, nicely firm queen bed could easily accommodate a couple. Guy was super responsive and proactive, including replacing towels weekly and keeping the walkway snow cleared after storms, but also completely respected my privacy. Plenty of storage in the closet and two bedside dressers. Safe, quiet residential neighborhood with reliable on-street parking, a 5 min drive from groceries, restaurants, and every imaginable amenity. Super clean bathroom with a great shower. I can’t imagine a better AirBnB experience—so much nicer than the basements or bedrooms in someone’s house where I’ve previously stayed in this area! Can’t recommend Guy’s place strongly enough, especially if you are planning an extended stay.

Perfect place to stay to be close to Sunset Park, Greenwood Cemetery, south Slope neighborhood. Easy to get around. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Feels good to be here. Slept well. Would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for grocery shopping and good food. Angela was incredibly responsive to our messages and provided excellent communication and accommodations. The little touches made us feel at home. This stay was within close proximity to the Prudential Center and NYC, it was perfect for the weekend. It also looked like the pictures which is great.
