Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

I loved that the place was very secluded so it was quiet and perfect for bonding time with family. There was a big pool and amenities were complete. Beds and sheets were clean. Bathroom as well. I would highly recommend this resort for families and for team buildings.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! It had such a peaceful, Bali-inspired vibe. The space was beautifully styled and incredibly cozy, perfect for unwinding. I especially loved the outdoor area and the calming atmosphere throughout. perfect for relaxing I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Kuya caretaker is also kind. Kudos to you kuya!

We definitely loved our stay here. We loved all the furnitures and display on the place; our family pictures look amazing with those! The place was very cozy and you'll really feel at home with the ambiance. Had a bit trouble with the electricity but it went back immediately. The owner / caretaker were very accommodating with our needs and they really made sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely book again ❤️

The place was accurate to the description and the pictures provided, and was easy to find with waze. The host and the house staff were very helpful and replies fast to queries. If there's anything to recommend, maybe they could also provide drinking water and adding that to the overall fee. Overall we had a great and comfortable time at the place.

Pleasantly surprised that there is a place like this in gen tri! Suuuuupper chill and nice place. Great value for money. Newly built place and everything is the same as the photo. Don’t hesitate to book lalo na if you’re around the area. Super nice din ng mga ate caretakers, they’re very warm and friendly. The host is very responsive sa inquiries and honestly so kind. Tierra de Segundo totally blew me away! The listing photos really don’t capture the incredible magic of this place. As soon as you step through their gates, it’s like you’ve entered a fabulous resort paradise! It’s an experience that’s beyond what I ever imagined! One of the things I absolutely adore about this place is the incredible outdoor kitchen! It’s so convenient for cooking, and since it’s outside the pavilion, all those delicious food smells stay outside where they belong! This place is TOTAL IG gold!!! The cabins are absolutely adorable! A little heads-up: the stairs to the second floor are definitely steep, but trust me, once you reach the top, you’re enveloped in pure coziness! And let me tell you about Mam Irene—she is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond, usually within minutes! Without a doubt, we’re adding Tierra de Segundo to our top picks for celebrations with friends!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Edwin, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating with all of my requests. The caretakers were friendly and very helpful, adding to the experience. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was some noise from dogs (both the neighbors' and the host's) during the first night, which disrupted our sleep. However, the host and caretakers were quick to address my concerns and took steps to improve the situation. For anyone who is sensitive to noise, I'd recommend avoiding bedroom 4, as it’s closest to where the dogs are. Villas 1 to 3 are quieter, and my family found the sound to be more muted in those areas. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, and we would definitely consider staying here again!😊

It was a lovely stay, my family had so much fun as there are lots of things to do. The kids love the pool/jacuzzi. The owner are lovely, they are very helpful and approachable. The rooms are clean and I was amazed with all the furnitures inside and outside the house. It feels like home when you stay there. The entire property is peaceful and huge for the kids to play and run around. It’s a relaxing investment indeed. Plus the massage chair where you can sit and relax for hours if you like. All in all it was a lovely stay. Thank you for manang she even gave us kalamansi picked from their own backyard. 100% recommended to all.

The host is friendly and very responsive. The place is nice and with amazing mountain view. Sana next time may wifi na, mahirap kasi walang cellular signal sa area. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again. Thank you!

Nestled amidst nature with breathtaking views of Mount Samat, the bamboo house offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The architecture and design of Casa Kawayan are stunning—every detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and a love for the environment. The interiors are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable bedrooms and all the amenities you could need. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony with the mountain view was an experience we’ll never forget. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, and their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home.

Me and my family really did enjoy our stay in AJ's place. It's a family friendly staycation house. My parents enjoys the scenery and the province vibe while my nephews enjoy the pool and the available sports amenities of this place. My mom also love the kitchen area. All in one place.
