A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Enjoy a quiet, calm, peaceful environment five minutes from Foça. The stone house is two independent apartments on the ground and upper floors in a wonderful garden. We recommend the apartment on the upper floor with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor. We instantly solve every problem you report and take care of the garden and pool. Please read the reviews of our previous guests and see that they are very satisfied with the situation.

Our two-storey, detached stone house, with air conditioning in every room, is located in the historical Kale neighbourhood and is a 10-minute walk from the Red Basilica, the city centre and the Antik Kent Akropol cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau and 25 minutes to Dikili beach.
