Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here you will find a cosy farmhouse from 1929 with a total of 325 square metres, divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000 sqm plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of space for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a wonderful week together. Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof. Canadians are available and you can swim from the plot. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.

High-speed fibre connection enables remote working. There is something to enjoy here all year round. Located 40 minutes from Stockholm/Uppsala. There is also a private boat and a private jetty.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

On a hot day, you can also take the car 10 minutes to Örbyhus outdoor pool. Enjoy the beautiful nature with berries and mushrooms.
