We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’ve always been looking for a staycation spot that’s not just a place to sleep, but somewhere peaceful and truly restful — a place with a relaxing ambiance where you can really recharge. I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Sheila, for providing such a wonderful space for us to rest and reconnect. We would definitely love to stay again!

The host was very responsive! Instructions were very clear. Smooth checkin and checkout. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and smelled good. It’s right next to SM Uptown so we were able to take walks around Pueblo in the morning. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, it was very nice and had an incredible view tho. Guards were very helpful as well. The best part is having free parking! Would definitely choose to stay here again! 🌸

The host was very accommodating and gave us a short tour of the house. The place is very walkable from the nearest public transportation stop. I'd advise to book your own transportation ahead of time for your convenience. Overall, the place was good and will definitely go back!

Our 10 days stay in this province was remarkable. Tried Ms Ara’s listings from her condo unit in the downtown area and this beautiful lovely home in the province, from the city you must travel 30 mins to arrive this lovely home. The home was incredibly beautiful and unique, uphill that has infinity swimming pool, that our kids loved it so much and had so much fun. The breathtaking ocean view and sunset is a plus. So stunning and even more relaxing to experience right at the balcony and in the patio area. My family enjoyed our stay so much and Ms Ara is so responsive and caretaker Koko is so helpful during our entire stay. The home is spotless clean, and I loved the home fragrance. The linens are clean and bed so soft and comfortable. Everything is extremely perfect. Thank you Ms Ara for letting us stay. Will recommend your listings to our friends whose coming Northern Mindanao. 100/10 🤙🏻

Good place to stay located inside a subdivision which is not far from the main road. Place is clean and has a parking space inside. Self check-in instructions are sent clearly and owner is responsive to guest needs. Location though is a bit far from the city center but if you want a peaceful and homey atmosphere in your stay, this is the perfect place for you. Water has some issues but the house itself has a small water tank with a pump to turn on for uninterrupted water flow. Also owner made sure that the tank is filled daily. Wifi though loses signal from time to time, we stayed only for a night so i don’t know if that was an isolated issue but we encounter problems with internet stability while we were there. Nevertheless, the place is a good find and would not hesitate to book again if we ever come back to Malaybalay.

It’s a perfect home away from home a family short vacation. Comfortable place to stay and a perfect location for our short trip down CdeO and Bukidnon.

My friends and I booked this place for 2 nights so we could all spend some time together and catch up with another friend from out of town. We were all extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at the size of the space and were more than satisfied with how much it cost. This listing was affordable and we were all happy with the general vibe of the room. The building itself was very quiet and despite the fact that we were noisy, our voices could barely be heard outside our door. Overall one of the best staycations I’ve had, will definitely be booking some of her other listings sometime in the future

Aldrin and Rowena have been very helpful and the place is very convenient as it just opposite limketkai. Aircon and internet is good. Drinking water is also provided. Security on this condo is good too. Definitely we will recommend this place. Superb view of the whole city and mountain view on the balcony.

Sheila's place is very welcoming and cozy. we had everything we needed there, kitchenware, toiletries, slippers for inside and even a big water fountain which was a very nice addition. Netflix is also available for whoever stays longer and has the time to watch a couple of movies. Good bed, 24th floor so also an amazing view! Great neighborhood as well, close to many shops and supermarket. I certainly recommend to stay here.

Super nice staycation experience in Cagayan de Oro. The guards are friendly. It has a lovely living room and a cute balcony to relax while sipping your hot cup of coffee. We were able to work while traveling because of their comfy place. It has a stable connection and we were able to work smoothly. We'll surely go back here.

I had a great stay! The host was very friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed something. The location is perfect—lots of food places nearby, and we could just walk to them. The room was big, very clean, and had everything we needed. All the amenities worked well. I was also happy to see a complete sanitary kit since I always forget to bring one. Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.
