The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

The place was very nice, the furnishings and decor are top notch, we enjoyed the pool very much, it was clean and good sized, and the water temperature, when we were there was just right even without heating. It is a beautiful and tranquil place perfect for bonding, relaxation and unwinding.

Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

Ms. Siena is very responsive and provided us detailed instructions. The unit is bigger than what we initially expected. We loved our stay!!

Nice place, great view of Taal volcano. Was able to try fishing for the first time. Kuya caretaker is very friendly and hospitable. I just wish they could add videoke or tv so that there are activities to do at night 😊

The place is peaceful enough, considering that it is in the upper ground floor. Decent soundproofing which blocks some noise from holidaymakers. The room can accomodate groups as well with the bunk bed setup. The unit is midway between the infinity pool and restaurants and the beach, you can easily pick where to unwind. The building is quite dated though, and thus some tiles are loose. Unit owner is also accommodating to questions and easy to talk to.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. From the time we booked this room, we were given clear instructions on how to check in, what to bring, and dos and donts. Host was very responsive and friendly. And on the day, check in was smooth and stress free. Upon entering the room, it was clean, smells nice and looks exactly like what was on the pictures. Very modern and zen. Highly recommended. Overall, we loved our stay! This is our second time in Pico, and the place still gives us the relaxing vibe we’re looking for. The pools, the beach, the people, and the natural surroundings are all wonderful. I just want to mention one thing—not as a complaint, but more of a small disappointment. One of the reasons I chose to book this unit was the advertised free membership pass. Unfortunately, I was informed during our stay that it wasn’t available due to some emergency reasons. It was a bit disheartening, but we understand that these things can happen. That said, the unit itself was very nice, the person who assisted us was polite and helpful, and the host was responsive throughout. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your place—we truly had a great time.

Christine’s place is so spacious. It was well lit because of the floor to ceiling glass windows. It was able to accommodate all of us pretty well. It has a veranda overlooking the lagoon which is best for relaxation or family meals. Looking forward to our next stay.

I had a great stay at Jose's. It's very spacious and makes for a great bachelor pad. There is a Tricycle Park not 2 minutes walk away from the house, and it costs less than 100 pesos ( < $2) to get to the SM Mall or back. Jose and the caretaker were great hosts and I would happily stay there again when I'm back in Dasmarinas!
