Excellent and quiet private house fully equipped with swimming pool and private hot tub in Olmué, on a plot of 2,000 square meters. We are between stop 33 and 34 of the Granizo sector, a few blocks from the main street in a family sector. 2 km from downtown. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a wood-burning fireplace-type heater in the living room and a roofed terrace in front of the pool. We are pet friendly!!

Hermosa casa en parcela. Temporada 2025 con relajante tinaja de madera. sector los Laureles-Limache. Cerca de Olmúe, 35 km de viña del mar, 20 km de Con-Con. Áreas verdes con bosquecito de árboles nativos y piscina. Aforo 7 huéspedes (living en terraza techada , cable, wifi, living comedor, estar, 3 habitac, 2 baños). Cerca de playas y muchos lugares para abastecimiento. La Tinaja utiliza gas para calentar el agua, el uso es autogestionado y se debe cancelar solo el cilindro de gas.
