Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Unwind at this peaceful semi-rural location. Take a 15 minute drive into Joondalup City, which boasts the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere. A swim or beach walk at Burns Beach is only 15 minutes away. Maybe you'd like to visit the fabulous wine growing region of the Swan Valley, which is only a 25 minute drive away. The property backs onto state forest with gate access for an easily accessed bush walk. Supermarkets and takeaway food shops are just a 5 minute drive up the road.
