In a quiet cul-de-sac near the center of St-Lô (5 min walk), the train station (5 min walk), the bus stop, beautiful renovated apartment, classified "3-star furnished". Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside.
