Built in 1950 this true Venice Beach House is as much today what it was built to embody over 68 years ago. This Iconic architectural house is located in the Silver Triangle just a short walk to Abbott Kinney, The Venice Beach Canals, Washington Nightlife, trendy Bars and restaurants and the sandy beautiful beaches of Venice Beach. I absolutely love this home. If I could dream about what California is all about, this is it! Transcend and escape into the relaxing days of yesterday in Venice Beach 1950. It’s about waking up to the heat of the sun, the smell of the ocean, the sound of the beach air flowing through the house. Venice Beach’s Silver Triangle is filled with some of the most interesting people, celebrities, artists, poets and dreamers. Home of SnapChat, Google, Yahoo and so many innovative companies that coined Venice Beach as Silicon Beach. They all gather here because it truly is the greatest place to live. It invigorates your mind, body, and soul. Fall in love, relax, and dream among generations of artists and poets, we invite you to explore, experience and enjoy the ways Venice speaks to your soul. A true Venice Beach House in every way. Once you enter the white picket fence the succulent garden and spacious front yard welcome you. It's a relaxing and cool shady area we love to enjoy when hanging out with friends or family, grab a bite, have a drink and enjoy some company. Featuring large outdoor areas in the front and back yard. Hanging lights and stunning greenery surround you in the back hard where Chesterfield inflatable sofas provide the perfect realaxation. The home is spacious and comfortable with a laid back vibe that's well designed with collectors furniture, artwork and taste - the perfect blend of class and cozy. There are 3 large queen beds, a large kitchen, 1 bathroom, a spacious art room with vaulted wood ceiling and an L shaped comfortable couch. The house has high speed WiFi and tons of space to spend quality time and enjoy the real Venice Beach lifestyle! Upon entering our home you will be in the living room, a large spacious area designed with style and class, highlighted by a large gray couch along with a TV with smart connectivity. On your left there’s the entrance to the art room followed by an entrance to the Kitchen. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. The Venice Beach house is an iconic and tasteful retreat that stays true to its beach design of yesteryear, through the years it has housed artists, actors, celebrates, producers, families, lovers, friends dreamers and explorers. The house was built in 1950 and has a lot of character and classic elegance. Homes in the Venice Beach Area do not have Air Conditions, because of the comfortable and relaxing ocean breeze since 1950 people have opened the windows and embraced the ocean breeze. Whether you are riding the many bike paths or riding the waves this Venice Beach bungalow comes equipped with 2 Adult Beach Bikes and a kids BMX bike to enjoy while exploring Venice Beach and nearby Santa Monica. Venice Beach is home to Bird and Lime Scooters where you can rent a electric scooter easily to zip around the beach. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Including music, television, people, etc. Respecting neighbors and the neighborhood is taken seriously, complaints from neighbors will result in 100% loss of deposit and immediate end to reservation with no refund. - Smoking is only allowed outside, please respect your health, our home and neighbors - Please make sure to keep all doors and windows locked. - Reservation is for your group only. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool. - We have spent a lot of time and love selecting the furniture and designing the look and feel of the Venice Beach House. Most of the furniture and artwork are originals works, collectors’ items and designer pieces treat them with care and respect as many cannot be replicated or replaced. Please be respectful and don’t treat it like a rental car, We love this home and hope you love it too. Be respectful and clean up after yourself and treat the Venice Beach House with love.
