Welcome in our newly renovated apartment, located in Novo Naselje, the most desirable residential area of Poreč. The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

An open window reveals a tranquil view of the sea at sunset. Soft hues of orange and blue are reflected on the surface of the water, while distant land can be seen along the horizon, creating a serene atmosphere.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Beautiful apartment 100m from the sea. The apartment consists of a hallway entrance, bathroom with shower and window, living room with sofa bed for one person, equipped kitchen with dining room and large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and desk. The room has a balcony with garden furniture and a view of the garden. The nearest grocery store is only 10m away and the town is on a 5min walk by the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, TV and wifi (included in price).

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with crisp white linens and a decorative yellow pillow. A bedside lamp and framed artwork add subtle touches. A door leads to an adjoining living area, enhancing the apartment's open feel.

In the very centre of Poreč, within a short walking distance to the beach and old town, renovated in 2021. Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198).
