Enjoy dinners cooked over the barbeque with the complimentary hot plate available on deck or head to one of the many local eateries like Caffé Primo in nearby Minlaton or the Tavern on Turton in the popular town of Point Turton, both approximately 15 minutes drive away. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms consisting of: – · a queen bed with ocean views in room 1 · a queen bed with baby cot in room 2 · and 2 sets of single bunks ideal for children & teens in room 3 All rooms have the added comfort of ceiling fans, while room 3 has also been thoughtfully equipped with books, toys and lamp lights fitted above the upper bunks for your kids to snuggle up with reading for some down time. Each room comes with quilts and covers, as well as pillows. You only need to bring your own sheets and pillow cases. The house also has a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. And besides towels, everything else is covered! No matter what time of the year you visit the reverse split system A/C unit in the main lounge will keep you cool and cosy on those hot summer days and cold wintery nights. The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Nora by Sol Hus is a Scandi-inspired tiny house designed with nature in mind. Overlooking Boxing Bay, Nora is located a mere 100m from the beach on Kangaroo Island's pristine north coast. The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
