Enjoy the wonderful setting of this romantic spot in nature. The Stables is a delightful beamed part of a barn conversion . Stunning views stretch to the North Downs, with a garden area to sit with a drink and watch the sun set. We have a wide variety of bird and animal life that frequents the fields and skies. Walking distance to Hever Castle and two delightful country pubs along beautiful tree- lined footpaths. If you don't want to drive, the Hever train station is only a 0.7 mile walk!

Special 2-bedroom cottage (plus double sofa-bed in the sitting room), part of Edells Estate. Welcoming hosts: a theatre director and the owner of a historic photographic archive. Originally part of a Victorian vicarage it has double height ceilings. Much loved family home, tranquil, dog friendly. Perfect to cook, walk, recharge or romance. Heavenly courtyard with huge stone table for outdoor feasts. Lovely views & Bloomsbury charm. Village pub, farm shop, train station all walking distance.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
