Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
