We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. Wairewa Guest House, Kekerengu

Superb value guest house in an idyllic location. Wairewa Guest House is the perfect place for a stop over on your travels. Newly Double Glazed Total peace and quiet only 5 minutes off S H 1. Approx 1 1/2 hours from the ferry and half way between Blenheim and Kaikoura. Divinely comfortable super king bed with quality bedding. North facing and separate to the adjacent house where we live. The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

DDOG Vineyard & Wetlands

Welcome....come and stay! Situated a few kms out of Renwick, the BnB is located in DDOG Vineyard's grounds and is at the end of a private road . Set away from the main homestead, you can enjoy your own privacy whilst taking in the stunning views over our vineyard and olive grove, and further across both the Richmond ranges and Wither Hills. You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.
