Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. Located in pleasant quiet village location close to shops, restaurant and tavern. Large driveway for guests, and can arrange for longer parking stays if flying out from airport. Hosts live next door for any assistance if needed.
