Svetlanas lägenhet ligger i den södra delen av Riga, på vägen mot flygplatsen, nära köpcentret Spice. Huset som lägenheten ligger i ser kanske inte så attraktivt ut, men det är en del av det gamla Riga. Själva lägenheten är fräscht renoverad och har alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva. Den gamla ugnen är en del av inredningen, men går inte att elda i. Uppvärmningen sker via en luft-luftvärmepump, som klarar av att hålla en behaglig temperatur utan problem. Med golvvärme i badrummet och en stor varmvattenberedare känner man sig både bekväm och avslappnad. Sängen är skön att sova i – jag njöt verkligen av den. Det finns möjlighet att parkera bilen på innergården, vilket känns tillräckligt säkert. Den här lilla lägenheten kan varmt rekommenderas till alla som behöver bo i Riga i 2–3 dagar eller kanske längre.

ОЧень подробные инструкции как заселиться , удобно , что не привязан ко времени заселения , приехал и уехал когда удобно . Парковка подземная и охраняемая , чистый дом , тихо в доме , вид красивый из окна ! Приятный запах в квартире , везде очень чистенько и уютно ! Очень удобно добираться В Юрмалу, аэропорт , в центр города 15 мин на машине! Рядом торговый центр SPICE 5 мин пешком , где можно вкусно поесть в Лидо , где может поиграть ребенок ! Площадка и на улице около дома для детей ! Нам очень понравилось ! Точно будем ещё раз останавливаться ! Спасибо !

Eine schöne geräumige und helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, genau so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut und es konnte alles wichtige schon vorher geklärt werden. Ich hatte dort eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Wenn es sich ergiben sollte, gerne wieder.

Everything was great - a calm, nice place to stay. We stayed for one night, but it seems like it would be really great for a longer stay. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. We’d definitely consider coming back if we ever need a place to stay in Rīga. :)

Ich habe 4 Nächte in Ligas Unterkunft verbracht. Check in/ out unkompliziert, die Lage perfekt! Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt- genügend Handtücher, Haar Föhn, Hausschuhe, Kleiderbügel & Bügeleisen, bequemes Bett und Couch. Super WiFi zum streamen und surfen. Liga war telefonisch immer erreichbar, danke nochmals! P.S. Liga hat mich informiert, das die liebe Haushalts Fee nach check out hat mein Ohrring gefunden! Sehr aufmerksam! Iveta's place was really nice and cozy and super comfortable. The place was really easy to find, super clean and all listed amenities were present. Got very clear instructions regarding checkin and checkout. It was really easy to communicate with Iveta as well. The busstop and tramstop right next to the listing made it much easier to commute to and fro. Highly recommended host and AirBnB!
