It is centrally located in Masaki, with many cafe's and restaurants right around the corner and the main leisure centre (Slipway) and supermarket (Shoppers) still within a 15min walk or 5min drive. It is on the ground floor of a mid-sized apartment building with a shared pool & gym which you're welcome to use. It has one large & one small double bed, sleeping up to 3 adults or 2 adults/2 kids.
