The old house consists of 7 buildings: main house, Sarangchae, Jung Sarangchae, Daemungangchae, Gotganganchae, Jingobang, and stable. The place to stay is Sarangchae. The Sarangchae consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a blanket room, a toilet, a Daecheong floor, a Numa floor, and a Toit floor, and a garden that looks like it is in the forest and a wonderful pine tree that is over 100 years old. On a clear day, you can enjoy a cup of tea while listening to the sound of birds, and on a rainy day, you can heal while listening to the sound of raindrops falling from the end of the eaves. Floor heating and cooling air conditioners are installed, making it easy to control the temperature in all seasons. The surrounding area is a quiet rural village, so it is perfect for a quiet walk. There is a stream in front of the house, so it is good for children to enjoy playing in the water, and it is also good to relax on the bench under the old big pavilion tree in front of the old house.
