Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Between Göta Kanal and Motala Ström is this unique, winter-inhabited 2-story home. Nicely renovated with older details left. Ground floor with open floor plan for kitchen and dining area. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Upstairs, there is an insulated "cold attic" furnished as a TV room, where there are also 3 separate beds. Beautiful accommodation with high standard.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly-renovated accommodation located in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next. You can find your own swimming spot in nature 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with its own parking, garden and entrance separate from the main building.

Inviting rural idyll

Boendet ligger strax utanför Linköping bland hästar och åkrar. I gästdelen finns ett stort rum med 140-säng, matplats, och enklare matlagningsmöjlighet. Till rummet hör en toalett med dusch samt vedeldad bastu. Utanför rummet finns en liten uteplats med grill i en trevlig trädgård. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Städning ingår ej. Toalettdörren går tyvärr inte att stänga under sommaren. På tomten finns en bordercollie, två orangea damkatter, myskankor och höns. 1,5 km till badplats, Svartån.

Den privata bakgården är lugn, insynsskyddad och perfekt för familjer som vill koppla av. Direkt tillgång till kuperade skogar, ängar och sjö, med närhet till allmän badplats. Ett badrum. Separat tvättstuga med handfat och spegel. Passar 6 gäster vid längre vistelser. 18 min till Linköpings centrum och 5 minuter till Göta kanals största attraktion, Bergs slussar.

Charming guest cottage in the countryside

Renovated guesthouse for 2 people, that belongs to the estate. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property. Animals are not allowed. Suitable for shorter stays near Linköping or Motala. Simple kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two induction cooktops, for breakfast. Toilet and shower. There are two beds in a loft with a fairly steep ladder. Bring your own bed linens and towels. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two people. Instructions will be sent after booking.

Nice villa with hot tub, close to both lake & city

Koppla av med hela familjen i vårt fridfulla boende. Här finns lek och avkoppling för både vuxna och barn. Ta med sup-brädorna och gå ner till sjön. Sparka boll och hoppa studsmatta i trädgården. Bada i jacuzzin och grilla en god middag på altanen. Med en sprakande brasa i kaminen, flera TV:s med Netflix och stora soffor att slappa i, blir det semester i alla väder. Ni sover gott i sängar för 4 personer, med möjlighet till extrabäddar för upp till 8 personer. Sängkläder och badlakan ingår.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Dalhem's courtyard house offers charming and newly-renovated turn-of-the-century housing in beautiful Borensberg, 150 meters from the swimming jetty and the possibility to rent kayaks and canoes in Motala Ström. Also close to the beach in Lake Boren and hiking on Östgötaleden as well as walking distance to restaurants, ice cream cafes, shops, miniature golf and locks in Göta Canal. Child-friendly accommodation with trampoline, soccer goal, patio and barbecue facilities.

Här kan du känna historiens vingslag i väggarna. Soldattorp 119 är ett välbevarat 1600-tals torp som renoverats med känsla och varsamhet. Torpets historia och själ är bevarad, men samtidigt utrustat det för att passa den moderna gästens alla önskningar. Hela interiören andas lugn, när du kliver över tröskeln genom de ockragula dubbeldörrarna, tar en kopp kaffe på glasverandan eller lyssnar till regnet i vår favoritfåtölj så känns vardagens stress redan avlägsen.
