Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
