Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.
