Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

We had a great stay! Katiana's place was a short walk to the beach. There was a GREAT little bakery (Panderri) just 3 mins walk down the street and around the corner. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Super convenient to the beach and El Yunque. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

Stayed here for a week and everything was perfect aside from the beach. One of the best airbnbs in the luquillo area. The beach in front may look very different from photos. In ur case it was very washed out with large boulders and concrete creating a short wall between beach and water. We were disappointed but there is a nice private beach a very short walk down the road.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Everything at Christian’s place was wonderful. Close to the beach and was in a very secure condo neighborhood. My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Marta and Jorge were very responsive. The views were beautiful and the ac worked wonderfully in the bedroom. We had our 1.5 year old son and they had a pack and play we were able to use for him to sleep in which was a plus. The security at the condo were super friendly and wonderful with our son. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at a few of the condos in these towers and this one was by far our favorite. Clean, simple and an amazing view. Our host was very responsive and checked in our us. We will definitely be returning soon!

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Great place to stay! Condo has everything you need to go to the beach (coolers, beach chairs, etc) and cook (no dishwasher). Easy to access and great restaurants nearby. Beautiful views from 23 floors up. Had a great time in Luquillo staying at Sergio’s place.

5 minute walk to the gorgeous Luquillo beach. The view was incredible from the 19th floor location. We loved the space and layout. Security was friendly. Less than 10 min drive to the kioskos, and 15 to 20 to get to El Yunque Portal.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

What a beautiful condo. We loved the ocean views and comfy chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - air fryer, microwave, oven and stove, toaster oven, tons of dishware, dishware for small children, etc! The washer and dryer were so convenient and the AC was nice and cold. It was apparent the condo was well loved and cared for. There were lots of nice extras including extra towels and blankets, pool and beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We also took advantage of there being 3 TVs. We loved the property grounds and spent many evenings at the pool after going to the beach. Playa Azul was gorgeous with waves, and Playa de Luquillo was calm and had good food. Our favorite was the quiet area between the two, it felt like a private island! Karen was very responsive to any messages before and during our trip. She was a gem to work with and I would be happy to recommend her property to anyone staying in the area.

Booked last minute and the host was very responsive. The location was great with beautiful views, made the stay even better!

Beautiful comfortable place in great location - right next to the beach. Could have used more towels and thicker blankets, towels were a little old and scratchy, and cats followed us everywhere (I'm allergic and had our group block them from me as I came in and out into the place) but the location was perfect, communication was perfect, and other than the kitchen window being left open without a screen when we checked in and sand on the floor and on the beds (we changed the sheets when we got there), it was well worth what we paid and would stay again.

My husband and I stayed long term at this lovely unit, and we had such a great stay. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. They even brought us extra sheets and laundry detergent. Everything from the solid Wi-Fi to the comfortable bed was so appreciated. All of the amenities of home away from home were thought of, and of course you can’t beat the view. We felt right at home. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was very cosy, perfectly clean, great location and sooo close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much! The beach nearby is shallow, but wonderful for long walks. The ocean water was beautiful, we did not want to leave!

“Sorry I can’t hear you from the waves crashing onto the rocks” was my response to anyone trying to contact me when I was trying to relax and enjoy this amazing view! Spectacular really to be able to wake up from a well air conditioned room, open the bedroom door and instantly hear the waves and get mesmerized by this view. This place was clean, comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Felt like home away from home just with a better view! Literally about 6 mins from beach without traffic and 15 with. Really can’t beat it! Reina was awesome!! Super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. 10 stars all around!!! The location is amazing - close to El Yunque and Luquillo and under a hour's drive to Old San Juan and Fajardo (15 minutes). You have direct private access to a very tranquil beach (Punta Bandera) that is great if you have young children and walking distance or a short drive to other more popular public beaches. The town of Luquillo is bustling and has great restaurants. The condo is located in a gated complex and in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. The condo is well equipped with all the linens and cooking equipment you require and is quite spacious for party of 6. A particular highlight of the condo is the rooftop terrace with ocean views and plenty of outdoor dining and lounging space, including a BBQ. It's a great way to wind down in the evenings with a glass of wine or to start your day with a coffee. The host is fantastic. He was extremely communicative and responded exceptionally quick if there were any minor issues. The property manager in PR (Joel) checked in regularly.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

Liz’s place was the perfect spot for my family of 5. She was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions for accessing the unit. She provides all the comforts of home, including plenty of linens, kitchen staples, beach towels & toys, boogie boards, and coolers for beach days. She checked in throughout our stay with helpful recommendations. Gorgeous views, close to El Yunque, great food, and gorgeous beaches. I can’t stress enough how comfortable we were here during our trip!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable home. Parking for one car, some beach items like chairs, boogie board. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!
