Holiday rentals with beach access in Mata de São João

We loved our stay at apart H104 of Cond Ykutiba. Everything in the apart was new, clean and organized. I booked the last minute, sent msg and was promptly answered, we requested check in before the time and we were answered. We arrived at the concierge and the key was already available and soon after came to Edina, to inspect the apart with me... it was very polite and pleasant. We'll definitely be back more often.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen with everything you need. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool and organized, covered and secure parking. Only the check-in was a little late because our name was not at the entrance and we had to wait about 2 hours after the check-in time provided on the Airbnb platform to enter, as the apartment was not ready, we were waiting for cleaning, but overall it was an excellent experience.

Lugar is very quiet, the pool is heated, right in front of the lodging. Balanda is delicious. The house is equipped with everything we used to preside. Everything clean and high quality. Impeccable accommodation. The beach is a bit far away to go on foot. But by car is super fast. However, it does not have much beach structure. And the sea is a little hectic, not being very good for children. Marcus was always very attentive, responding to us very quickly. Great place to rest and spend a few quiet family days.

Everything was amazing❣︎ The place felt like 🏡 with an amazing bed. The fragrance at the apartment was delightful ❤︎ New construction, beautiful design, great for family with kids. They even have a 🍿 maker. A perfect location, 200 meters from downtown ( street village), pharmacy and supermarkets with a walking distance. About 5 minutes walking from Tamar’s (sea turtle) and jubarte’s (humpback whale 🐋 ) projects. A beautiful and hidden beach called ( Lord’s beach) is about 10 min walking. If you decide o check this beach, please check the tide level as the true beauty is when the tide is low. You can find natural sea’s pool and see a lot of cute fishes.

Everything can be summarized with the legend of a painting in the apartment: "Meu Paraiso é onde estou". Beautiful flat in a dream place!! The best benefits of a 5 Star Resort....but no people!! And a stunning beach a meters away. A real paradise!! Impossible not to come back!!!

A great location in the main area of Vila, we do not need to use a car. The very comfortable property with two large suites. I recommend it!

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. Christine has been perfect since booking day. Always very attentive, proactive, efficient and fast in response. Very solicitous, always willing to help. Received us with a delicious basket! The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

A great option in Imbassaí! Local exactly as in the listing, extremely clean, well located, markets, bakery and restaurants very close by. You can walk to the beach. Street for access to clay lodging, but there was no difficulty, even with rain. House on shared land, but with complete privacy. It has all the necessary utensils. Very wooded, nice and quiet terrain. Paulo very attentive, responded quickly and kindly. Indico for everyone looking for lodging with these characteristics and I hope to return soon!!

Host and location were excellent

My family and I spent wonderful days at Adriana's house. The house is beautiful, cozy, well equipped, comfortable, even better than what appears in the photos. The condominium is pe in the sand, super organized and the staff very polite. Adriana from the beginning was very attentive, polite and responded to us with agility. Anyway, there were days of much peace, rest and joy in this amazing house, where we intend to come back several times!

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. In addition, Larissa was super available and attentive. We'll definitely be back whenever we can. We really love it!

What a wonderful lodging! Feeling of being received in the home of friends. Ricardo and Larissa showed care in every detail of the house, smelling and clean bed and bath linen, well-equipped apartment and quiet condominium. We will definitely return!

The property is more beautiful when the pictures the condominium is beautiful the immense marvelous pool, we arrived from the beach and used the same every day.. the gym is good gave to do our workouts.. Kitchen and house equipped until cooler to take the beaches , in the garage there are beach chairs.. Finally there was everything I needed for a great stay..We were by car and the place is close to beautiful beaches,restaurants. I will definitely return to this property 👏

very well located apartment, quiet place, perfect space for our family, supermarket and nearby restaurants.

A very well equipped house, with plenty ty of space, inside and out. Basically on the beach with the large town-village right behind. Most importantly felt safe and secure with porters and security men. Our daughters could happily walk around the beach and town alone. Of note, Praia do Forte is growing significantly so you have lots of restaurants and shops.. all within walking distance... But it does come with increased noise, particularly in the evenings as bars have singers etc.. So although all convenient, the town is not a quiet backwater. But the house compensates as it is lovely.

Without a doubt, the best property I've ever been able to stay in Imbassai for so many times I've been. Wonderful location close to the river, the beach and restaurants without needing a car. A sensational view. Apartment super equipped with everything you can imagine, from an electric barbecue to several games for family fun. I will definitely be back very soon as it was worth every penny paid for this stay. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!
