Holiday rentals in Matalom

I had an amazing experience staying here being my first time in Leyte. I can’t find any negative things to write about the apartment. Top notch service from Pierre and Mary. They were super friendly and helpful in providing info assisting me with the car rental and the Cebu ferry trip. They helped my trip there making it a truly memorable one. Definitely will be back soon.

This was our second time to stay at their place. And I always miss their place and feel at home. Will definitely go back there. And I recommend the place. It’s peaceful and quiet. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever :) great communication with Laura, she was so friendly and helpful, and the scooter was perfect for getting to the diving resorts. Also all of the local people around were so welcoming that we felt very comfortable from the start. Amazing reef with corals for snorkeling was right in front of the door (we were able to rent gear from the jd beach front hotel). :) definitely will come here again!

well if you are visiting baybay I would definitely plan on staying here ,very good host and caretaker on site ! great place to stay with everything you need in the house ,place is so quite,did not walk down to ocean but has the option to ,agusan resort right Close for fresh water pool ,great on hot days ,I loved staying here and would definitely stay again !ps good wifi and has Netflix a pluss

Overall the place is really nice and peaceful, you will hear ocean waves 24/7, just what we are looking for really, no cellular signal inside the house and no wifi, the tv is also broken when we arrive, but this is okay for us since what we really wanted to do is disconnect from the world. The host is very responsive and guided us on how to get there without being lost since we are not familiar with the place.

11/10 😊😊 You can feel the vacation has started because of its great ambiance. If you are a nature lover, you will surely love the place. Aside from this, the owner and caretaker were also friendly.

Our host was extremely helpful and proactive in communicating, making sure we have arrived and everything we needed was there. The house was large enough and just right for our group. The cats outside were quite friendly. Thank you for your hospitality! ☺️
