Superb and charming 1 room apartment (25 m2), air-conditioned, totally silent, tastefully furnished, in a residential and secure area (close to the Presidency of the Republic). Very bright and quiet on the 1st floor (and top floor) of the outbuilding of a house at 20 meters. Property access is independent and private. Very nice equipped, WiFi, sofa bed, storage, storage, private shower room, TV, coffee machine, etc. 200 m pastry shop, restaurants, etc.
