It is 400 square metres with a 30 square metre pool. It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 15 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows opening onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.
