If you are searching for local experience but close to the historic center and beach our homestay is the right choice. We offer a room with private bathroom at the ground floor. The ground floor is barely used by us so you can enjoy space with It’s amenities. Available is equipped kitchen corner, hall with working space, courtyard full of greenery, wifi and TV. We are located 8 minutes of walk to the square Machado, 12 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the market. The area is safe.

Beautiful 100% private room, its bathroom is private. The only thing that is shared with other guests are the stairs to go up to the second floor. We are in a quiet area, even though in front we have a brewery store, there are guys who take care of people's safety right there. The stairs to go up to the second floor are a bit awkward/dangerous so we do not recommend booking if children are coming. Thank you for choosing us 🙌

Warm apartment with excellent location in Fracc. Brisas del Mar, a few meters from the Aquarium, Central Park, Baseball Stadium and Malecon. It is 10 minutes from the new historic center (left) and 10 minutes from the Golden Zone and nightclubs and restaurants area (right). The apartment has the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay.
