It's a first floor of a two floor house with separate entrance for summer season. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet and living room together with spacious kitchen. You will have this space only for you. Sandy beach is in around 7 min walking distance, local grocery store 3 min. You are able to use the garden and barbecue place, swings and sand box. You will be the only guests, owner using 2nd floor rarely. !Pets are not allowed!

The newly built two cabins are derived from the ancient third one to make the common landscape more interesting. The location of the cabins is very convenient, it is close to the sea, a shop, a bus stop, a gas tank, Cape Kolka and a cafe. Cranes live nearby and all kind of animals have been seen on and around the plot. Nearby Sörve peninsula tip is famous for its bird migrations and a most visited place on Saaremaa.
